Based on the comprehensive evolving model of trade network, this paper introduces the parameters of evolving mechanism for the industrial cluster network, which are got from the investigation of information industrial cluster in Xi'an, then simulates the real evolving model of trade network and discusses the evolving results of the network characteristics. The four conclusions are as follows: (1) in the real evolving network, the in-strength and out-strength, in-degree and out-degree distribution follow the power-law distribution all the way. The ratio of the long-term relationships to the short-term ones decreased at first and then increased. The network has a small average shortest-path, which presents the small-world feature. The proportion of the triangle structure decreases, but the network has an appropriate clustering, and the probability that the short-term relationships form the triangle structure is higher than the long-term relationships do, and the network has the hierarchy, and is not reciprocal. (2) The mechanism of the link establishment protects the power-law feature of the network, the small world feature and the appropriate clustering, and enhances the reciprocal feature. (3) The enhancement in the mechanism of the link deletion weakens the power-law feature, and affects the connectivity. (4) The enhancement in the quit mechanism of eliminating the inferior node just weakens the power-law feature without causing destructive effect, and improves the connectivity of the network.
