摘要

This paper focus on build various calculation models to adapt to design under different season conditions according to investigate residential cluster layout in Xi''an. The method of this study is to change the dimension of individual builing model one by one, and the judgment of the model is the lowest annual energy comsuption. The aim of this study is to present recommendation strategy of residential cluster layout in Xi''an. For mixture layout of Slab-type and Point-type, while the slab-type building designed in north and point-type building in southeast, the annual energy comsuption of the buildings is the lowest; the enclosing shape of “L” for buildings in north and south is superior to other encolsing stragegy. Meanwhile, while there is no extension building in west and the proportion of extension wall in east and horizontal wall in south is 0.5∶1, the annual energy comsuption of the buildings is the lowest.
