Exploration of urban disaster prevention and reduction geographical planning

摘要

During the process of urbanization, the urban population and high economic intensity makes it become a giant disaster body and the problem of urban disaster management is prominent gradually. Based on the enhancement of urban disaster prevention and reduction level, the author in this paper proposes the basic concept of urban disaster prevention and reduction geographical planning, elaborates how to take the geographical plan as the carrier to conduct the procedure of urban disaster prevention and reduction geographical planning making full use of geography advantages— comprehensive, systematic and regional and proposes the key points to conduct urban disaster prevention and reduction geographical planning.
