摘要

According to the special requirements of electric forklift, a six-phase 12/10 pole switched reluctance motor drive system is proposed based on DSP and μC/OS-???. In this paper, the design details of the controller is described and in order to solve the nonlinear problem of switched reluctance motor, a fuzzy neural network PI control algorithm is used to achieve the motor speed control loop and digital PI algorithm to achieve current loop control. The experimental results prove that the hardware and software design of switched reluctance motor drive system are reasonable, and the proposed dual closed-loop control method is correct and feasible.
