Non-governmental Organization's (NGO) Function and Development Approach in Constructing a Harmonious Socialist Society

Establishing a harmonious socialist society is a strategic policy with significant importance made by our Central Party Committee,according to our current social development situation oriented to the 21st century. In the process of establishing a harmonious socialist society,we must emphasize and put NGOs' role into play .By analyzing the background of the NGOs,this passage demonstrates NGOs' role in establishing a harmonious society in terms of politics,economy,culture and society,and offers further development approach to the current NGOs so as to have a scientific recognition of NGOs' role and development.
