Non-intellectual factors are the key to improving students' intelligence and learning effectiveness. One of the important factors in intelligence is also an important research topic in psycholinguistics. The scope of its use is also growing, such as education, medical care and so on. The motivation of foreign language learning of our college students is strong and clear, but there are indeed reasons that lead to a low motivation for learning. In foreign language teaching, teachers should maximally stimulate students' internal learning motivation so that teaching and learning can achieve a multiplier effect. Firstly, the psycholinguistic basis of topic-sensitive speech analysis is elaborated. Then, the steps of acquisition, modification and co-occurrence of sensitive words in the system are introduced in detail. Finally, the comparison results between the system and the original summary system are given. The evaluation results show that the system has significantly improved both in processing speed and abstract quality.
