Identification of Outliers in Environmental Regulations and Export Trade in the Context of Globalization Incorporating Dbscan Smile Clustering Algorithm

This article empirically examines the threshold effect of environmental regulations on trade liberalization based on panel data of 33 industry segments in China from 2011 to 2018. The empirical results show that under the condition of the two-link efficiency threshold of R & D, environmental regulations have an inverted "U" -type action mechanism on trade liberalization. Examining the impact of environmental regulations on trade liberalization from the characteristics of industry classification, it was found that environmental regulations in most industries inhibited the promotion of trade liberalization more, and the advantages of innovation compensation for environmental regulations were not obvious, and less than half of the industries were identified.
