摘要

Urban transportation emergency system (UTES) is not quite exquisite even in metropolis in China. This paper is going to use petri nets (PN) on UTES based on previous works and gives several improvements during the event criterion. To ensure the safety of the intersection, this paper apply dynamic PN models on emergency traffic-light methodology and strategies. Combining the upstream and downstream traffic flows, it builds up a strategy towards areas through traffic-control signals, which can induce the total reaction time that could result in large scale congestion. A practical analysis method is developed and improved to verify the congestion scenario and control the misinformation proportion to a reasonable degree. The net contains two parts, one for basic traffic network and the other for emergency strategy, both of which includes discrete and continuous process in PN net. The analysis and assessment has been proved and verified using this model practically and logically.
