摘要

This paper studies the totally demagnetization fault in an Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator using 3D FEM. In the examined cases two magnets are demagnetized which are located in different locations on the machine. The EMF and stator current waveforms are compared for each case, while the corresponding harmonic spectrums are investigated in order to export the characteristic fault harmonics.
