Operation system will be designed to generate the optimal amount ofelectricity by floating pendulum wave energy converter and preventemergency situation (protection of generator, confirmation of locationstructure etc.). The locations of structures will be identified using asensor, and systems including the generator, PCS, hydraulic systemsand grid-connected systems to be installed will be examined andcontrolled to generate the optimal amount of electricity using MPPT.First the locations of structures will be identified using DGPS and 6Degrees Of Freedom; the temperature of hydraulic system andgenerators, the angle of pendulum, etc. will be measured andcontrolled; and the electrical signal from PCS will be monitored. Tobuild an operation system to generate the optimal amount of electricityand prevent emergency situations, a flow chart will be made and asystem for operating and controlling power plant will be designed.
