摘要

The transition from a native surface to a built environment increases the impervious surface, which would destroy natural water cycle system, and cause urban inundation disaster.From the aspects of design optimization and system construction, this paper discussed the source control and end compensation strategies to improve surface permeability and water cycle in the process of site planning.
