The Countermeasure research on Historical and Cultural Building of Urban Expand Zone

For the issue of protecting and utilizing the historic and cultural buildings in the rapidly expanded areas in some large and medium-sized cities in China in the urbanization process in past ten years, the author holds that it shall strengthen comprehensive protection and utilization of the historic and cultural remains and buildings from perspective of the overall situations of cultural inheriting and building and urban planning, control and development.Combining with the actual examples of protecting and utilizing the historic and cultural buildings in Zhejiang Province and based on investigation and research, the author puts forward a few countermeasures for selection related to evaluation, manner and measures for protecting and utilizing the historic and cultural buildings.It shall focus on structuring the evaluation system for protection and utilization of different types of historic and cultural buildings, and shall conduct positive exploring and research on practical protection of the historic and cultural buildings with regional characteristics.
