Analysis on the Organic Renewal Strategy of Existing Buildings Surface

摘要

With the change of internal function and external image of the existing buildings, the research on the energy saving and sustainable development becomes a new trend in building renovation.In this paper, the buildings located in Garden Street Historical District Harbin are chosen and analyzed.Based on the field investigation, the current situation and problems of the existing buildings' surface in material, structure and energy consumption are summarized.According to the unique characteristic of the existing building, the design strategies applied to the Organic Renewal of the existing building surface are proposed.This study could promote the using comfortable level with less energy consumption and meet the requirements of sustainable development.Finally, it could provide technological and case support for the reconstruction of other existing buildings.
