This paper introduces the Geomagnetic/Inertial Navigation System, forming the Integrated Navigation System from two subsystem of MEMS gyro-scope, accelerometer and magnetoresistive sensor. Mix Geomagnetic Navigation system output and the Strapdown Inertial Navigation System output attitude together by design the kalman filter, and feedback to Strapdown Inertial Navigation, to revise Strapdown Inertial Navigation, to achieve the purpose of combined navigation in high precision measurement of the carrier attitude. And do simulation the systems. Through the comparison between the output of two subsystems and integrated navigation system, it can be concluded that the precisions of Geomagnetic and Inertial navigation integrated system are higher than that of the Inertial Navigation. These demonstrate that the Geomagnetic and Inertial navigation integrated system have the practical meaning of providing precise navigation parameter.
