摘要

In this paper, influence of Ti/Al ratio and Al powder size on pore features during cold-press, low temperature sintering and high temperature sintering process was studied in preparing Ti-Al porous material. And the shape variation of pores with different Ti/Al ratio and Al powder size was also analysed by metallographs. The result shows that,the porosity of billets with different Ti/Al ratio is between 30%-60% after sintering process. The compression strength of billets with different Ti/Al ratio is between 9-275MPa. The pore shape is changed with different Al powder size. The number of interconnected pore increases with increasing Al powder size. The aggregation of Al powder appears when the Al powder size is too small,and the inhomogeneous pores with different size appear after sintering process.
