Studies and Researches on TiN Coating of Cutting Plates by Chemical Vapor Deposition Method at High Temperatures

摘要

The paper presents the theoretical study and experimental approach to the influence of the process parameters on the TiN thin layers quality, with a view to establishing optimal work regime and coating characteristics as they appear in the cutting process,so as to highlight the thin layer adherence properties.
