摘要

TB3 is a metastable β type titanium alloy used as fastener materials for its good combination of strength and cold deformability.and the strengthening ability through heat treatment. In this article, microstructures and mechanical properties of TB3 alloy through different hot-processing were studied and compared. After hot rolling and hot drawing process, the elongation of the solution treated alloy is larger than 15%,and tensile strength larger than 850MPa.
