摘要

This article analyzed the influence of non-metallic elements Si,C and O on high temperature titanium alloys based on mechanics performance testing and other means. The content and existing shape of Si in titanium alloy affect the thermal stability and creep properties of high temperature titanium alloys. Element C can affect the function of Si in titanium by retarding the nucleation and growth of silicides. furthermore, tiny element C can increase the β transus temperature, and then slow the transformation rate of a. This feature of C can lead to a relatively stable primal a volume fraction within a wider temperature window, consequently, which make the alloy's creep properties stable. Element O was restricted as an impurity element in high temperature titanium alloys, however, this article showed that properly increasing O content could enhance the strength of high temperature titanium alloy.
