Discussion on Profit Distribution Model under the Shared Parking Policy

Currently, there are no final conclusions on the profit distribution model of shared parking spaces, especially on the internet+background. This paper puts forward a profit distribution model of different times under shared parking policy. First, the cost of shared parking from the angle of parking space owner, operator of parking space, and shared parking platform is analyzed. Then, using the interest relationship among each participant and the game relation analysis, a Nash equilibrium model for the profit distribution is established. The profit distribution is among different stake holders is determined through sensitivity analysis of all parameters. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to get the ultimate equilibrium interest based on the above two models. This research not only balances the interests of different stakeholders, but also provides some reference for the implementation of shared parking space policy to help relieve the urban parking problem.
