Being a new type of green environmentally-friendly energy, geothermal energy gradually catches the world's attention. Many domestic cities, large and medium, have explored how to develop and use such kind of energy, and have already achieved remarkable results. Liuzhou, Guangxi located in central Guangxi, is Guangxi's largest industrial city and transportation junction. The development of geothermal resources has a broad market prospects and needs. The Geophysical Prospecting Institute of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, making a preliminary analysis according to the geological structure and geothermal field characteristics as well as the heat source, hot conditions, and a comprehensive analysis through integrated geophysical data of Liuzhou. In particular, through unfolded CSAMT, combined the results of seismic exploration, oil drilling and other geological information, to infer geological structures and spatial distribution characteristics of lithology in the geological exploration area, finally makes the full assessment of a vision of geothermal resources.
