This paper uses the content analytic method to analysis the articles about Knowledge Management in the main periodicals in educational technology, through analyzing a lot of date was regulated, based on that we can conclude research and development trend Knowledge Management in educational technology, and some advice about value actualization of Knowledge Management in is given.
