Simulation of Display Circuit Driven by SCM 1602LCD Based on AT89C52 (Tianjin Key Laboratory for Control Theory Applications in Complicated System)

Based on Proteus6.9 simulation software, LCD1602 is driven by using SCM AT89CS2 produced by the Co. Atmel.The characteristic of the design is direct manipulation on the I/O of AT89CS2, therefore we'll achieve the need of display LCD1602. Combining Proteus6.9 simulation software with procedure downloaded by KEIL 2 software, it will take our less time then before to manufacture hardware circuit, and verify the accuracy and stability of the circuit according to the simulation results. Using this method to a great extent can short the development cycle, and also improve the efficiency of experimental.
