For real estate project, its investment amount is quite large, it has a strong uncertainty, and its cash flow has a certain degree of volatility, which causes that real estate project financing have greater risk, so how to appraise the risk effectively becomes the critical question that must be resolved. The article adopts analytic hierarchy process combined with artificial neural network evaluation to appraise the project financing risk of real estate. Through establishing the real estate project financing risk evaluation index system, the article uses analytic hierarchy process to figure out the weight of every risk factor relative to target layer, on this basis, the article uses artificial neural network evaluation to obtain a risk comprehensive evaluation result, by the analysis of examples, the paper verifies the feasibility of the combined evaluation method, which will supply a good way of quantizing the risk for project investors, it has a certain realistic significance.
