Analysis of impacts of human resource retaining innovation-oriented on enterprise performance

This research constructed system of human resource retaining innovation-oriented and discussed its relation with enterprise performance. 300 samples from 21 organizations in Meizhou were surveyed through questionnaire investigation (Effective ones are 208, accounting for 69.33%). The research carried on reliability analysis and validity analysis using SPSS 13.0. This research also executed regression analysis on the independent variable indexes and the extracted performance indexes. The result shows, concept of human resource retaining is negatively correlated with enterprise's financial performance and irrelated with non-financial performance. That is, the hypotheses are not supported by data.
