With regard to the situation that there isn't a turbulence flow equation of eccentric annular aperture, an aperture throttle analysis calculation method based on turbulent state is provided. At first, the three-layer speed distribution formula of fluid in turbulent state is given by using boundary layer theory. When the aperture is lager than the eccentricity, the phenomenon that the transition layer and the logarithm layer may disappear is analyzed. The corresponding critical round angle equation is deduced inventively for the integral of the speed distribution of flow. The correctness of the turbulence flow equation of eccentric annular aperture is validated by comparing with CFD arithmetic solution, and the influence rule of the relative eccentricity on the pressure difference between two ends of the aperture and the possible heavy result are researched.
