摘要

This paper briefly discusses and evalautes present bolt support design theores and existing shortages. It is stressed that excavations and support designs of underground projects should consider their features. Then underground rock are classified into three groups and the characteristics and rules of support design for each group are indicated. Considering project feaure of roadways which belongs to group [1] based-experiences method are used for most mines. An neural network aided design system of bolt support design is developed and applied in Jinchuan No.2 mine for safe production .
