摘要

Disaster analysis of a city or an area requires computer systems on which the information of the buildings, the population and municipal facilities as well as disaster records and potential disaster descriptions can be managed and analyzed properly. This paper presents how the algorithms for the disaster analysis were developed in a Geographic Information System (GIS) environmetn. As application examples, the analysis of the average distance between the fire station and its response area, and the anlaysis of hydrological facilities in the drought prevention are presented in details.
