Flight safety aspects of fighter crash during aerobatic flight at the hungarian air force. a case study

On 23~rd of July in 1998 at "Kecskemet" Airfield, Hungary, a special flight-dday has been organized for written and electronic media. This flight was a main proof for the Airshow devoted to the 60~th Anniversary of Foundation of Hungarian Air Force. In the focus of attention there was the aerobatics fligth of MiG-29 fighter flown by experienced pilot. During this flight the aircraft has been crashed and the pilot died in the catastrophe.
