CH_2Cl_2 solvent recovery was tested by using two kinds of resin adsorbents based on polysterene, which had difference of particle diameter, with PSA system. Two-column experimental PSA system and four steps (pressurization, adsorption, evacuation and purge) were adopted. It was discussed in previous paper. Here, numerical simulation of the PSA operation with the Stop-Go method was applied. Using this program, the comparison of the calculated results with the experimental results. Two types of experimental conditions were simulated : A. Feed flow rate was 100 ml/min. CH_2Cl_2 concentration of feed gas was 8 vol%. Pressure swing ranged from 1.4 atm to 0.4 atm. B. Feed flow rate was 1000 ml/min. CH_2Cl_2 concentration of feed gas was 1 vol%. Pressure swing ranged from 2.0 atm to 0.35 atm. The simulation traces well the experimental results.
