A Study of Highway Construction Technology in Desert Zones

摘要

This paper presents methods of identification of maximum dry density of subgrade in desert zones. A variety of pavement base structures suitable for desert areas are studied and proposed on the basis of great number of both indoor and outdoor experimentation. A new pattern of pavement structure has been put forward for highway building in deserts.
