Based on the systematic characteristic of industrial cluster, this study uses the method of systems dynamics to analyze systematic structure and mechanism of competition and cooperation for industrial cluster, and presents systematic structure model for industrial cluster on the aspect of enterprises and whole cluster, describing enterprises' relationship of competition and cooperation in the cluster and relations among the whole cluster, resources and the environment respectively. The feedback loops in models reflect and explain the systematic structure of cluster completely. In the five periods of establishing, growing up, adjusting, mature and declining phase, different feedback loops leading the systematic structure are analyzed finally to show how feedback loops effect the development of industrial cluster.
