A Simulation of the Motivation Function of Reputation Mechanism about Venture Capital Managers

In recent years, employment difficulty of college students is becoming increasingly prominent, and has been the hot spots of the society concerns. With basic concepts of Complex Adaptive System Theory, this paper demonstrates the issue of employment difficulty of college students from another angle,provides thinking way, puts forward some feasible solutions, and constructs a CAS frame of harmonious employment system of college students. It is also emphasized in this paper that,as a chief organizer of student employment,government should make great effort to construct the "soft" side establishment of an environment conducive to the realization of the flexibility of university and students as well as the "hard" sides stimulating the flexibility of university and students to adapt to the environment better.
