摘要

A new transmit diversity scheme suitable for WCDMA is presented in this paper. The new scheme is based on space-time coded modulation which has multiple-antenna for transmit. STCM codes that can improve the performance of this STCM-based scheme and realize the compatibility with old system should have delay diversity characteristics. Performance of this proposed scheme is compared with STTD in 3GPP by simulation, and the result indicates that the STCM-based scheme not only has better performance againstfading channel,but is robust to various channels.
