Technical modification for BOF dust utilization at SGIS

摘要

This paper discusses the problems on the original process for BOF dust sludge dehydration and the compressed dust lumps transferred to the sintering plant by truck for mixing with other materials at SGIS and by analyzing the obvious environmental and economic benefits gained after converting into the duct transferring system, demonstrates that the modified process needed less investment, lower operation costs, and the advantages of simplicity, practicality, advancedness, and etc in the process, compared with the original one.
