Research on ball state covering agent for liquid steel surface

摘要

Ball state covering agent is the one for a liquid steel surface, which is prepared by taking a fly ash as the base and adding all sorts of additives as well. This agent features a light pollution to the environment, good property of spreading out, high melting point and a low melting rate etc., which can adapt to the requirements for a long time continuous casting during the process of the steelmaking.
