摘要

The paper studied the feasibility of burning high-ferrite Portaland cement clinker with a kind of copper tailing. The tailing has nearly no mineralizing effect in the process of clinker burning. The study shown that high-quality clinker can be produced perfectly when this tailing is used. The tailing can replace the ordinary ferrite raw materials in cement production and can reduce the proportions of lime and clay in the raw meal. The most remarkable advantage of preparing raw meal with the tailing is that the dcement has very high early strength. With the aid of XRD and optical microscope, the paper analyzed the formation process and optimum burning temperature of the clinker that the copper tailing is used.
