摘要

This paper briefly introduces the performance and features of converter slag, elaborates the present status of the methods and equipment about slag processing in China. The I.S.C method used in Baoshan, water cooling method is adopted in Shougang, Anshan, Wuhan, Tangshan. The cooled slag is mostly sent to the processing line. This paper mentioned Baoshan and Tangshan with the technique, rod mill and peripheral-discharge grinding mill were imported from Japan. Baoshan slag processing line is the process of two-phase crushing, two-phase rod milling, seven-phase creening and magnetic dressing. Tangshan slag processing line is the process of one-phase milling, three-phase screening and four-phase magnetic dressing. Shougang and Anshan with the German technique imported take crushing as the main means. Shougang slag processing line is the process of two-phase crushing, four-phase screening and magnetic dressing. Anshan slag processing line is the process of two-phase crushing, five-phase screening, six-phase magnetic dressing, two-phase hand processing. Wuhan's slag processing method designed by IMS Corp. USA. It has no any crushing and grinding equipment. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the trends of this field.
