With the development of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), the study of methods became one of the hotspots in this area. In the past years, various BPR methods have been proposed by many researchers. Unfortunately, most widely used BPR methods can only deal with the single process. However, they are not suitable for real-world problems since there often exist some complicated relations in different processes. Therefore, it's crucial to focus the study on multiple processes with complicated relations to sustain reengineering them systematically. In this paper, we mainly study the multiple processes and the relations behind them. At first the concept of Integrated Business Process (IBP) composed of multiple processes with coupling relations is proposed for this study, and then the corresponding features are represented in somewhat detail. Next, as the basis of BPR, the requirements of modeling IBP are confirmed , and the IBP modeling framework based on extended Integrated Multi-View Modeling (IMVM) is put forward. This framework not only inherits the advantage of IMVM in modeling single process but also reveals the coupling relations between different processes so that it can meet the requirements of IBP modeling well. The presentation of the framework provides an effective guidance to modeling IBP and make reengineering IBP systematically to be possible.
