Knowledge Portal for the Strategic Analysis Support

摘要

Based on the concept of learning organization and knowledge management, a knowledge portal to support strategic analysis is suggested and developed. Team of strategic study may be considered as a learning organization. In the process of analysis, knowledge acquisition, processing, utilization as well as creation of new knowledge are needed. For the convenience of knowledge management, a knowledge portal for the providing a transparent directory of knowledge not only inside but also outside the organization can support the work. In the paper, a knowledge portal for the strategic analysis is suggested and its function, infrastructure and the platform are described. A case study is introduced.
