An experiment was conducted at Zahak Agriculture Research Station using factorial design with 3 replications to determine the effects of Zn, Fe and Mn application on yield of wheat and their concentrations in grains. In this experiment Zn with 4 levels (0, 40 and 80 kg ha~(-1) soil application and foliar application with 0.5% solution concentration), Fe with 2 levels (0 and 1%) as foliar application and Mn with 2 levels (0 and 0.5%) also as foliar application were used. The results showed effects of Zn and the interaction effects of Zn and Mn were significant. Foliar application of Zn had a significant effect on the concentration of this element and Fe in grain. Foliar application of Fe had a significant effect on the Fe concentration of grain. The interaction effect of Zn and Fe on Zn concentration in grain was also significant. A positive correlation (r=0.64) was observed between Zn and Fe concentrations in grains. Zn soil application to soils with low Zn concentration increased grain yield. Zn, Fe and Mn concentrations increased in grain following foliar application.
