The fine grained-micronized materials (calcite, dolomite, kaolinite, barite), according to their physical-mechanical and physical-chemical and mineralogical characteristics, have great application in the production of new-modern materials. They can be used as a fillers, coatings and powders. Dry micronization of calcite, dolomite, kaolinite and barite, because of their specific crystal-chemical structure is a great technological-technical problem. The effects of dry micronization depend on the equipment type and by this on the kind of the disintegration process. By detailed investigation of dry micronization of calcite, dolomite, kaolinite and barite, the elements for determination of the efficiency of Jet-mill have been acquired, thus satisfying the requirements for definition of both technological parameters of micronization and the parameters of micronized products. In this paper, the results of dry micronization in Jet-mill, are analysed.
