This paper focus on the diffusion character of ERP management technology. After introducing the concept of management technology, research construct and analysis the model aiming for basic diffusion character of ERP management technology such as adoption distribution; adopt rate and the system development trend. The result show the adoption distribution curve of ERP is slow, adoption rate is low and fail rate of complementation is high.
