摘要

The black soil quality is becoming worse fertility, acidation, salinization and alkalization because fertilizer applied in un-science form and unbalance in cultivated land, nutrient invested unbanlanc'e and greenhouse effect increased soil degeneration. Water and soil loss brought out large soil nutrient and destroyed large cultivated land. Soil layer physical property and nutrient status had changed for long cultivated and aging so that soil microbiology was meet in growing and activating conditions. For realizing sustained soil resource, scientific decision-making system should be set up for land use and resource management by data collecting, saving, managing, showing and sharing. Study on the fertility character and fertility theory for improving black soil quality. Technologic system was made in enhancive studying on black soil degenerated process and setting up protecting and controlling soil degeneration. Studying and designing engineering and standard technologic demonstrating and popularizing system.
