Wheat Haploid Production Using Methodology of Wheat x Maize Cross in F3

摘要

Haploid production methodology plays important role in shortening breeding cycle. In this article, we reported an attempt of conduct wheat X maize crosses in F3 , meanwhile elucidated the difference of percentage of harvested embryo among different crosses and even among head lines of same cross.
