The Establishment of Genetic Transformation System in Pepper

摘要

This study of establishing a highly efficient regeneration system of pepper, Which mediated by Agrobacterium transformation :The best explant was cotyledons from the pepper seedings of 10 days. The optimum shoot inducing medium is MS + 5mg/L 6 -BA +0.2mg/L IAA; The optimum root inducing medium is MS + 5mg/L 6 - BA+0. 2mg/L IAA + 50mg/L Km + 350mg/L Cef; The optimum root inducing medium is MS +0. 1mg/L NAA + 10mg/L Km + 200mg/L Cef. The result of PCR showed that 3 of 13 from co-transforming regenerated pepper were positive.
