Remedy of Small Microspore Embryos in Isolated Microspore Culture of Chinese Cabbage (Brassica Campestris L. ssp. Pekinensis)

摘要

In process of isolated microspore culture, lots of small microspore embryos were produced. These embryos would be died while they were cultivated directly in solid media. Different concentration of sucrose was suitable to different period of embryos development. Hormone had none influence on remedy of small embryoid.
