In this paper, it elaborated to improve the protein of the rice by biotechnology. According to the characters of the PBⅠ and PBⅡ, to coordinate the rice nourishment and flavor quality relation by biotechnology, breeding and culture means, the paper put forward to new standpoints and ideas for improving rice nourishment and flavor.
