Detection of ACLSV in Xiema Apricot by RT-PCR

摘要

The RT-PCR detection systems for ACLSV was used to investigate whether XieMa apricot in orchards was infected by ACLSV or not. The result showed that 83. 33% of the individual plants were infected by ACLSV, but the infected degree was different.
