摘要

To study the minerals and environment of Mars are explored through remote sensing method and in situ method. An important portion of these techniques are being devoted to presence of water on Martian Surface. For that it is necessary to study an electromagnetic properties i.e. complex permittivity and permeability of soil that can be expected on the surface of Mars. In this paper, for studying electromagnetic properties of soil lumped circuit approach is used for RF range between 10 kHz to 100 kHz frequency.
