A Modbus client for the identification of an energy recovery system for a water distribution network

摘要

In this paper, a Modbus client is developed to test and identify an energy recovery system for water distribution networks. The Modbus client is used to obtain experimental data from a test bench which allows to identify both dynamic and static models of a centrifugal pump operated as a turbine. This turbine will be used to regulate water pressure but also to recover energy in a water distribution system.
